That left column is not a typo. Samsung Bangladesh brought the S25+ and the S25 Ultra to market but never the standard S25 — so every unit you can buy here arrived outside the official channel.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 costs between ৳68,999 and ৳87,999 in Bangladesh depending on storage, with the 12GB/128GB model at the lower end. There is no official Samsung Bangladesh price because the base S25 was never launched here — only the S25+ and S25 Ultra were. Every S25 in the country is a grey import without local warranty.

12GB + 128GB—৳68,999
12GB + 256GB—৳75,000
12GB + 512GB—৳87,999

Because there is no official price anchoring the market, quotes vary more than usual. Rio lists the 128GB near ৳68,999 while Sumash Tech asks ৳72,999 for the same configuration. On a phone this expensive that spread is worth an afternoon of phone calls before you commit.

Why Samsung skipped the base S25 in Bangladesh

Samsung Bangladesh has been trimming its flagship lineup for a few years, and the pattern is consistent: bring the models that sell at the top of the market, skip the ones that get squeezed.

The standard S25 sits in an awkward spot locally. After import duty and VAT it would have landed somewhere near ৳1,20,000 — which is roughly what the far more capable Galaxy S26 costs officially today, and well above the Galaxy A57 that already covers the premium mid-range. Meanwhile the grey channel could deliver the same phone at ৳69,000. Samsung would have been competing against itself and losing.

So the practical situation for a buyer in Dhaka: you can have this phone, at a good price, with no warranty path whatsoever. Not a reduced warranty. None.

What buying without any official channel actually means

On most phones we cover, the official-versus-grey decision is a trade you can weigh. Here there is nothing on the other side of the scale.

If the screen cracks, Samsung's service centres in Dhaka will not accept the device — they have no parts allocation for a model that was never distributed here. You are looking at third-party repair shops in Bashundhara City using imported panels of uncertain origin, on a phone with IP68 sealing that will not survive the process intact.

Some sellers offer their own guarantee. Dazzle and Sumash Tech both advertise parts cover or replacement schemes. Read what those actually promise before treating them as equivalent to a manufacturer warranty, because they are not.

My view: at ৳69,000 this is a lot of phone for the money, and plenty of people in Bangladesh buy grey flagships and have no trouble. But go in knowing that a single accident writes off a significant amount of money with no recourse. If that thought keeps you up at night, buy the S26 official instead and pay for the peace of mind.

The 4000mAh battery is the real compromise

Every other spec here is flagship-grade. The battery is not. Four thousand milliamp-hours in a phone with a 120Hz LTPO panel and a Snapdragon 8 Elite means heavy days end early. The efficiency of the 3nm chip claws some of it back, and light users will finish a day comfortably. But if you are on the road with navigation running, or gaming for an hour on the commute, carry a power bank. The 25W charging does not rescue you quickly either.

Where to buy in Bangladesh

Rio International, Sumash Tech, Apple Gadgets and Dazzle all carry grey S25 stock, as do the upper-floor shops at Bashundhara City. Prices are negotiable and vary by several thousand taka between sellers.

Two checks before you pay: verify the IMEI against BTRC's database, because an unregistered handset can be cut off from local networks, and open the seal yourself in the shop. On a phone with no warranty behind it, the condition of the unit in your hand is the only guarantee you have.

Common questions

What is the Samsung Galaxy S25 price in Bangladesh?

Between ৳68,999 and ৳87,999 depending on storage. All of these are grey market prices.

Is the Galaxy S25 officially available in Bangladesh?

No. Samsung Bangladesh launched the S25+ and S25 Ultra but not the standard S25, so there is no official price or local warranty for this model.

Can I get the Galaxy S25 serviced at a Samsung centre in Bangladesh?

Not reliably. Authorised centres generally will not service a model that was never distributed locally, and parts availability is the main obstacle.

Does the Galaxy S25 have a microSD slot?

No. Samsung dropped expandable storage from the Galaxy S line years ago.

How long will the Galaxy S25 receive updates?

Samsung promises seven major Android upgrades from its 2025 launch, so support runs into the early 2030s.
